To use content checking function, you must disable gzip-encoding, because it doesn't decode gzip, however it will proxy the request successfully. In firefox this can be done with the 'modify header' addon.
Use it to remove the 'Content-Encoding' requestheader. It does fully support the chunked transfer encoding.
