HTTP Proxy application is a HTTP-Proxy Server made in Visual Basic. This is the source code of the HTTP-Proxy Server. To use content checking with it, you can place the checking code in the 'AnalyzeReceivedData()' function. To use content checking function, you must disable gzip-encoding, because it doesn't decode gzip, however it will proxy the request successfully. In firefox this can be done with the 'modify header' addon. Use it to remove the 'Content-Encoding' requestheader. It does fully support the chunked transfer encoding.

Windows 8 estimates: 500 million users in 2013

Microsoft expects to launch a new wave of optimism with Windows 8. In a recent statement, Steve Ballmer, chief executive at Microsoft, estimates that Windows 8 will reach a total of about 500 million users by the end of 2013.
